"We try and support locally but unfortunately the staff does not know the menu. If you order a Philly it comes with American cheese but if you add fresh mozzarella they don't put the American on! It's a constant battle to get anything right. A a chicken bacon ranch and no bacon! How is it they don't know signature subs or they say we dont have a buffalo chicken sub its on the wall in store nothing new. Definitely not rocket science to make a sub. Its not just here but every place you go for something quick its just screwed up and they make decent money for a non labor intensive job plus oh tip us! So over it......"
