Springwood Apartments

"What is corporate's number? Ive lived there for many years and never had an issue until i was moved to a different apartment and had to pay for getting moved. On top of that, the apartment I was moved into had mold issues which the previous tenant made the office aware of but nothing was done and she ended up moving because of health problems. Still after I was moved to that same apartment I told the office about the same issue and nothing was done. My kuds and me were constantly sick on top and the office refused to move us to a better apartment besides the fact that my 3 kids and I were in a 1 bedroom. It wasn't until the most recent site manager started wirking there that something was done but even so it took a minute and by then I ended up leaving. Not because I wanted but because at that point I really couldn't take it anymore. Now Im being charged over $500 for leaving before giving a 30 day notice. Ive called the iffuce multiple times and the site manager is always hard to reach. She's only answered twice before that I can remember but now its like she's gone ghost. I cant go in person because I get off wirk late and the few times I was able to go, no ones there. Can someone please give me the corporate office phone number so I can call them since fir the longest this lady at the office has not been available. The good thing I will say is that they work well with you when you're behind on rent and they are not on you nagging about everything and anything like others unless it is truely necessary."
