"My husband and I stayed two nights here. The room was clean, and found the staff friendly and helpful. We had checked out and in another state when my husband realized he had left his Android watch. The staff looked diligently and found it. Theywere willing to send it to us with no charges. Thank you!"

"The manager/supervisor (Ms. N.T.) was helpful, knowledgeable, polite, & very professional. She answered booking questions on the phone & in person. The first night shift guy (works til 0700) that we encountered didn't know the prices & told me I had to wait for Nikki 1 or 2. An unprofessional answer having driven 6 hrs & tired. The 2nd evening shift guy (on at 3pm) was pleasant, but not knowledgeable about the correct rates or policy as to how many occupants per room. Training should be required to bring everyone up to speed. A hotel business can't have 1 person/manager stressed, not even 2 good people/managers stressed due to the lack of knowledge of others. TRAINING IS VITAL TO ANY BUSINESS!!! I know this issue will be resolved expediently. This incident caused my 5 stars to be 4 but I'll give Nikki T a 5 star for her professionalism."

"Excellent service and clean room. Friendly staff, good job. We went to Days Inn by Windham and the rooms were nasty and the staff was rude. Never will try another hotel again, I know where I will be staying. Good job guy!!"
