"I have been a customer of Great Bear/Women Auto Know for a very long time. The mechanics are very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. They will never recommend work that does not need to be done (I've been finagled so many times by other auto repair shops that I really appreciate their honesty) and also provide alternative options that are cost friendly. What I like the most about them is they will walk through and explain in detail showing you the damage of the parts in the vehicle. It is also very refreshing to know that the business is owned by a female (because this industry is predominantly male). I definitely recommend this auto repair shop for future repairs needed."
