During my visits to your shop, I have consistently found myself facing unexpectedly high bills. For instance, the $300 labor charge for a part that only costs $125 was particularly shocking. It leaves me questioning whether the charges truly reflect the work done or if there is an emphasis on maximizing profits at the expense of customer trust. It is disconcerting to feel that the local mechanic, someone expected to be a trustworthy member of our community, prioritizes financial gain over honesty and fairness.
