"Dont assign them for medical transportation! they are HORRIBLE! drivers are never on scheduled time, its either they're TOO EARLY and want to rush u cause they have other things to do which isnt my business nor problem, or SUPER LATE. smh They drivers go MIA and the dispatcher never know where or how to reach the drivers. No one should have to go through that before or after their doctor's appointment smh"

"Horrible service, called a taxi on freezing day they said 4 min but it never showed.Called back and dispatch said they didn't know where the driver was and they would send another driver but it would be another 7 min. Not only did i have to wait all that time out in the cold I was late for work because when the driver finally did arrive he drove 15 mph.My advice to anyone is to find another company before they choose New Lots."

"Can someone tell me why this man is hitting on me? I came to get car service for a ride home and it’s starts out as a normal conversation until he asks me to turn around and walk around so he can see me. He just kept asking very inappropriate questions until I had to steer the conversation back to getting a car. I forgot his name but I can in around 8:40 PM tonight (Wednesday November 1). This made me very uncomfortable and as I’m writing this I don’t even feel safe enough to get into this car, if it arrives at all."

"I wish I could give this place zero stars. Anyone with a good review is simply lying. I have Been in ENY for 2 years and it’s the only cab service number I know In the area. They are terrible. I have Never had a good experience. I never had a cab come in the time the dispatcher said. It is the most unreliable service ever. They have told me 7 mins and I waited Over an half hour. Then they lied and said my cab came and someone else got in it. I was Standing outside the entire time. Do not use this service. The good reviews have to be from people that work for this company. They can’t be real reviews."
