Shoe Show

"VERY RUDE. I went into the store with my boyfriend to look around, we noticed there was a Hispanic family trying on some shoes and out of nowhere employee walked over to them and instead of nicely asking them if they could please place the shoes back in the box, she began to yell at them and throw shoes back in the box. The family did not speak English and looked scared, she kept mumbling words and continued to yell at the customers. I called the store when I left to speak to a manager, which she turned out to be the “manager” unbelievable. Please fire this lady! You DO NOT speak to customers like that, especially if they do not speak YOUR language."

"Seems I'd have to provide a email address to view in-store of or online in/closet to Charlotte, not SC!! Why not?? ALL I want to do is browse for possible purchases in local shopping area!! I can't see anything available. Inf, nothing's available... Then close the stores here!!!"

"PAID FOR A PAIR OF SHOES THAT I COULDN'T TRADE IN FOR A BIGGER SIZE BECAUSE IT WAS WORN 1 DAY AFTER PURCHASE. THIS STORE SUCKS. GO TO WALMART FURTHER DOWN THE STREET, IT'S WORTH THE MONEY."

"Great customer service Eric And Chanel we're very nice. Eric was very helpful and helped me pick out the perfect shoe for my daughter. And Chanel helped me during check out she was very nice. Definitely will be back to see them nice selection of shoes with affordable prices."

I was thinking he was trying to help but NO he kicked me and another customer out of the store Talking about give him 5 minutes because he had to use the bathroom To me that was very rude and unprofessional I won’t be going back there"
