"My review was taken down but they managed to keep the picture of my Shih tzu. In the picture you will see her face was cut uneven, both of her paws were bloody, and she was bit from another dog. I had to take my puppy to the vet to stop the bleeding and checked. The experience was a nightmare. Please find a groomer that will treat your dog with love and care. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!"

"Dena was so very nice. I had an appointment at Sweet Peas in Marshville last Tuesday and the owner cancelled ten minutes before the appointment, after I had already driven twenty five minutes to get there. (I understand people get sick, but call at least an hour before the scheduled appointment time, not ten minutes.) I called Bow Wow's that day and Dena got me in the very next morning. (I apologize of I'm not spelling her name correctly.) This was my puppy's first groom and I was a little nervous, but she did a FANTASTIC job. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family and continue to take my little Maltipoo, Maya, there. Very reasonable price also."
