"This company is entirely unprofessional. I have scheduled medical trips through them, and more than once I was left stranded with a child who required medical assistance. The dispatchers are rude, and are not honest when giving you the ETA on the cab rides. I would not recommend that anybody uses cab company."

"Worseeeeeee if you no you wanna be late rainbow is the cab company to call or may be they should rename the company instead of Rainbow it should be 15 Minutes cause whenever you call to find out how long again for your ride there rude dispatcher always say 15 minutes....I had a12oclk pick up called at 11:47 was told the driver is 20mins away called back about 30 mins was told the driver is 7 mins away called back was then told there was some sort of mix up that the driver is 45mins away an my 6 which took me forever to get an I was suppose to be there at 1 is now 1:35 here goes the driver calling to ask if I'm still going...I said going where home... then the rude dispatcher calls miss king are you still going to your appointment my reply was you can go to the appointment seeing that I can go i was so pissed i just ended up taking the train with my bad knee listen if you no your taking rainbow to your own funeral just no your gonna be late.. "Call three times was told 10 the first time the second was told 5 then I called and was put in hold for no one to come back ive used the service for a while and there service is fair at best but they in my hood but come on now I'm more late for work then I started....
