"I was the customer here since 2 years. Most of the time I went there at night time. Last night I went there to change engine oil and for regular check up of my car. Their shutter was down due to cold weather. Thats why I honk a short horn. Nobody came to ask me why I was there. After 2 minutes I honked it again but it was also too short. The manage came to me and got angry. He said that you are seeing that everybody is busy why you honking the horn? He was very rude with me without any reason. Then I just said that I will not doing anything here anymore and never ever. I just thanked him and left the place forever. They are rude with the customer."

"Lifted Toyota car on side pinch weld lips with a flat arm adapter and destroyed them while bending the floor. The mechanic started to lift, and a loud cracking noise got through the shop. He lifted down, repositioned the lift points and lifted again....and this time wrong again. After waiting an hour more to show what they've done, they gathered around and blinked their empty eyes in silence, like they don't know what's wrong, saying -"so, what do you want us to do now". Then main mechanic acted like I'm stupid and said they did everything right and this is how it supposed to be. And loud cracking noise its- because I have rust( I don't have ANY rust), it's an older car etc. Yeah, alright, and your mechanic had to stop lifting at 1st try just for fun ... You know what -everything is on my camera, as well as lifting process. They could just act as decent human beings, but no. I'm filing VS-35 with the DMV."

"Horrible shop, the workers here, I don't know what they smoke or take. I came there for oil change with a commercial van. It has an aluminum rack that costs 4k. They managed to bent it. The manager told me all what he can do, not to charge me for the oil change. Do not reccomend this place."
