"Thomas realty is a bad business to rent from. They houses are infested with critters. So if u got brand new stuff the critters will infested so if u like that Thomas realty is ur place. I also and have few friends that rented from this company all complain how when they moved in there was dirty sink and bath tub few house was still dirty from wen someone moved out roach infested also water bugs get into the house on the daily. When you ask someone to come out and fix the issues that was never fixed in first place they would say yes we will send someone out but never did. The company owner daughter of Thomas reality and some other workers they are rude and childish once u start renting from them. Really they just want your money and that’s it they will not fix Broke Thinks or ceiling leaks in home."
