"I went to look at these and I didn't want to fill out an application. The parking lot is riddled with pot holes. It rained the day before and the parking lot was flooded like there was no drainage or whatever. The trash can was overflowing. I saw boards in a couple of windows. I was told the onsite laundry facility was frequently vandalized."

"Ever since the new owners took over you can only contact them by email and no one will ever respond to you they refuse to fix what is broken I've been without air all summer I wouldn't wish it on my enemy to live there"

"Okay , I'm just going to be completely honest. This place is just to overpriced for things to not be renovated. There is black mold in the windows. Rust in the tubs. BIG SPIDERS AND spider webs everywhere! The windows on the top floor is covered in spider webs. We have asked management for years to put in window screens but never received them. Even after promised. They dont warn you before they turn the water off to work on it. Instead they just leave it off for hours without warning. It's just really.. frustrating."

"This place is nasty ! I'm pregnant and my apartment is infested with gnats. I'm a very clean person so please tell me where these gnats are coming from ? Also the management sucks ! She tells people that come in to get a apartment different prices to pay. She made me pay the whole month of June and I didn't move in until July. I feel stuck. I wouldn't even rate these apartments a one star, But I had to put a review. This place and the management is a joke."
