"If you use this company don’t give them your credit card information,they charged me twice for the same trip. I called three times about the double charge and three times they told me they would take care of it,they never did. I finally had to call the credit card company to have it fixed.Terrible customer service."

"Hired this company for a private ride from JFK to our home. The vehicle was a run down piece of junk and absolutely disgusting on the inside. The driver was obsessed about making it to the next fare in Manorville and was driving like a maniac. My Wife and I kept looking down at our phones so we didn't have to look out the window. I didn't think that we would make it home. If we weren't so tired from our flight, we would have never gotten into this vehicle. DO NOT hire this company ! A word to the wise..."

"Booked this service for transport to LGA for 8/8/23 and a pickup for 12:25 AM from JFK for 5 passengers and a booster seat. On 8/8/23 driver arrived late and had no booster seat. On the afternoon of 8/11/23 I called to confirm our pickup at 12:25 AM and the dispatch could not find our confirmation. While on the phone with the representative I was reading him the information from our confirmation (that they sent me via email) and he was able to find our information. Apparently someone on their end had given dispatch the wrong date and at this point we were told that they would find a driver and call us back. An hour and a half later we called back and they still haven’t found a driver, we were told to “keep calling to check in”. After over three hours of “checking in” we still had no driver and when I asked if my family would be stuck at the airport at midnight the representative responded (I don’t know what to tell you). Luckily my wife was able to secure a ride from a friend and I called the company back to cancel the reservation and ask for a refund, I was told that accounting would reach out to me on Monday 8/14/23 and issue me a refund. As of Wednesday 8/16/23 I hadn’t heard from accounting and I called back, a representative took my information and assured me someone would call me back. As of Monday 8/21/23 I still hadn’t heard back so I called again to inquire about our refund. I was told to call back after 12 PM as the accounting person was not in yet. I called back at 1:30 and was told to call back later because they still weren’t in. At 3:51 PM I called back and was told “they just got in, give me your number and they’ll call you right back” As of now I still have not received a call back. This company is completely unprofessional, unreliable, and the customer service in non existent."

"Just got back from a trip to Florida and this car service was great! I was a little concerned because we had a reservation for 8 people traveling with a 3am pick up. Driver arrived a few minutes early and loaded all our luggage into the van. Our return pick up last night went flawlessly with an on time pick up. We have used LIALS in the past and will continue to use them."
