"The billing and payment system is still being completely fleshed out. And I had a weird situation with my billing account. But COLIN came in for the win and was able to fix my account and help me with my lease and its payment. If you get him on the line you will be taken care of."
"I’ve already had very bad experiences with this complex but this was the final straw. This complex constantly reeks of urine from people letting their animals pee wherever they want, if you get a 3rd floor unit it’s probably going to leak due to a “build-error” with the 4th floor balconies and their idea of fixing the leak is just painting over it and hoping for the best. I would give this place a negative rating if I could. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!"
"I subleased my apartment till move out and it is a nightmare dealing with the front desk. I was told by the desk earlier if I wanted a sublease before my lease ended to let the staff know and they would find a replacement, but this information was wrong. By the time I was ready to move they said I needed to find someone. Once I did, they ignored my subleaser's application for weeks, and claimed she never submitted it. She called and emailed the office everyday for a week with no response, and when I confronted the office they claimed they called back. Subleaser sent me screenshots of her call log to confirm they never called. When I asked if her application went through they told me it was "private information". I overheard the front desk talking bad about me and another resident. They were rude to the woman subleasing my apartment, and every time I asked a question they'd either ignore me or tell me the wrong information. Multiple residents had issues with them as well, so something should probably be done about that. The maintenance staff are awesome, and the complex itself is usually quiet. Bug problem, but terminex came in multiple times to help. My car was hit twice in the parking lot, which doesn't have cameras. 20+ cars were broken into as well."
"Hello, To any and all reviewing this please take into consideration that I have given the benefit of the doubt to the complex with the understanding that all things including apartments come with issues. Time of stay: 2 years Overall: Please, if you have any other option to live with a similar price take that option instead. By far, the closest aspect of this living situation in most of these rooms isn’t “habitable” which is a stretch to say the least. Assuming you have the time, money, and capability to *deep deep* clean the entirety of the apartment you will come out on the other side with a “clean” place to live. However, things to consider when moving in. Frequent water damage in all areas of the apartment (floor lining, ceilings, walls, room ventilation system, electrical sockets, all kitchen appliances and surrounding areas, toilet and bathroom areas, to name a few). All furniture, if not directly “destroyed” (assuming my pet, damage causation, or other potential) will likely stay within the apartment even if it’s over 5 years old. No living space is cleaned upon move in besides the “show” room, even if they claim a “professional” cleaning it’s the equivalent of local cleaning supplies that you can buy yourself or a solid “vacuuming”. Besides cleanliness, you also should consider the structural integrity of the apartment as a whole as well and room orientation. Such as, improperly structured cabinets, connected appliances, and potential hazards for bug infestations or other pest problems. (Crafts in the ceiling, walls, floors, cabinets are things to consider). Appliances, since my time of being at FTP, both washer/dryer stacks were well over 10-20 years old (you can verify this by reviewing appliance codes via appliance tags. In my case both of my stacks were a series of dryer released prior to 2010). Atop the age of the dryer, both are the smallest possible washer dryer on the market to find. Perspective, if you have an average size blanket that fits a twin to queen size bed you wouldn’t be able to wash it thoroughly in the washing compartment. Further, the dryer takes, per small load (2 shirts, jeans, undergarments) 2-3 hours to dry. Upon move in, this was found by myself and I submitted a work request and they came in to my apartment to “fix” the problem and said nothing was wrong with the dryer and that it worked perfectly. After requested an update at my own expense they said they would not be able to do this fix and that the machine would have to malfunction or inoperable. (If you wish to have proof, I do have email responses). Some good news, if you don’t mind any of the above issues then this could be the place for you. However, that is only the beginning of the amount of issues I have encountered at the apartment complex. As for prices, apartment communication, cleanliness and functionality of all basic living space expectations/standards provided by the complex in their prospective room environment this standard would meet the equivalent rating of the lowest grade possible. Please review this with the understanding that this is in hopes to provide a honest assessment of this apartment complex in hopes to improve the current living standard."
