"3 day old Ariya had recall. Doesn't come out of park had car towed to service. Been waiting an hour still haven't done initial paper work. Seem to be dealing with computer issues. Not even acknowledging my standing here for an hour."

"There’s a lady at this service center who is very unprofessional! We took our car in for a recall and in order to fix the recall, another part had to be replaced (shocker) so we had to come out of pocket to fix it. They also tried selling us wiper blades that didn’t need replacing. My husband wrote an honest review for the company not directing anything towards any individual person, just about his experience and the same lady called back and told him he was messing with her money and taking food out of her kids’ mouths. Lady, that is between you and the company you work for! Zero stars!"
