"This shop is a treasure. Although I hadn’t been a customer before and they always seem quite busy, they replaced an about-to-die battery lickety-split for me recently. And especially impressive, they diagnosed and repaired an emergency sudden onset fuel leak basically overnight last week. Honest, trustworthy and friendly. Tommy is salt of the earth and he and his guys not only hustle but know what they’re doing. I don’t need to gratuitously diss local Ford Service, but they on the other hand have no customer service skills, constantly upsell, take forever, charge an arm and a leg, and are just awful to deal with. You just gotta have a great and reliable mechanic/shop and this is THE place!"
