"Waited 2 hours for a taxi that never came to pick up my mother and I. The insurance pays for her rides to and from the doctors appointments. However we had to cancel the taxi and pay out of pocket to get back home. The dispatcher kept telling me to wait 30 minutes, this happened 2 times. when i called back the second time to cancel the rides he then told me that they are still trying to find a driver for us this was at around the 2 hour mark."
"Stay away from using this car service. We used them for my Fathers Doctors appoint. P/U time was 9:30 am and appoint time was 10 am...they pick up at 10:10 am. and the wait for the ride home was Over 1 hour and 30 minutes. STAY AWAY from this car service. They are absolutely the worst! I ended up getting an UBER and taking him home. HORRIBLE SERVICE"
