"These guys are scam artists!! My mother & I had the unfortunate experience of using their service through HealthFirst. The cab driver lied and said he was from Lyft. Which I have him on video saying he was. Once we got in the car, he asked that my mother and I move to the third row of the suv. I’m 6’4”, crawling to the back row isn’t going to happen. I asked him why did I need to go the back. He told me because he’s picking up another ride to drop off first. I refused and asked him to let us out repeatedly. He was so mad, he kept driving on to the Cross Bronx Expressway. I pulled out my phone and asked him directly, “You’re with Lyft?” He immediately answers, “Yes!” When we arrived at Mt. Sinai Heart in Manhattan, he forgets he told me that he was with Lyft and hands me a company card. I yelled, “I thought you were with Lyft!” He was so upset that he left. I took his car license plate picture. You guys just proved how horrible of a car service you have! After reading these reviews, I see why your driver held my mother and I against our will. You’re desperate for business."

"Absolutely THE WORST CAR SERVICE AROUND! They were supposed to transport my brother to a chemotherapy appointment. The reservation was made two days in advance. His appointment was at 2pm and they were scheduled to pick up at 1pm. I called around 12:45 to make sure the driver will be on time because my brother waited 3 weeks for his appointment. A woman named Jasmine acknowledged the reservation but said no car is in the area to pick him up. She said she would call back in 20 mins to let me know an eta. She NEVER called back, and they NEVER came! I called several times holding 15 mins the first time and 22 mins the second time. I wish I could give this company a rating of negative 5 stars! They should not even be in business with this type of unprofessionalism."

"The customer service received from this car service which provides transportation to and from medical appointments to the elderly and physically ill population is below expected standard. They do. It show up for recurrent trips. Thus leaving customers stranded and unable to get to their appointments. There has to be accountability and insurance companies needs to hold them accountable for their abusive behaviors by terminating contracts. Customers needs to file elder abuse cases against them and send a very loud message that their abusive behaviors to the sick, frail and elderly population will not be tolerated. Their unethical business practices should not be tolerated, they. An not refuse to show up, transfer cases to their colleagues without consulting with the consumer and the insurance company. Their office manager needs customer service training and should shut up and listen more. Her level of arrogance will be her downfall."
