"We were loyal customers until our appointment was canceled because we arrived a few minutes after 9 a.m. We’d been waiting weeks on this appointment. My dog went blind overnight and meds had to be given at home at 9 a.m. before we dropped him off. Also, my son started school at 10 this day and his school is just down the road from her shop. I couldn’t drop my son off too early so I split the time. When we arrived at 9:30 she’d already replaced his appointment. In addition, her walkway was iced over and I slipped getting in and out. Very disappointed as I thought she would have been more compassionate"
