"I lived here a few years ago and for anyone who is looking DO NOT STOP HERE!!! At first I thought I had found a home for my son and I but about a year later I realized it was a horrible nightmare!! They did a good job at making the place look updated but that was very superficial. The maintenance of the units and property is not taken care of. The dishwasher in my unit would back up and leave a horrible smell from water not draining. There were sewer flies coming from the drains and cockroaches. After many calls to Sandy and 3 attempts to repair what they thought was a broken dishwasher, a pipe that was actually broken in the kitchen wall. I woke up to water flooded into my living room and kitchen. After it finally got fixed some of my furniture was infested with the small cockroaches. My son refused to eat in the house and we eventually hated living there. They did nothing for pest prevention and I had to throw out most of my kitchen furniture and appliances away, including a handmade cabinet that was given to be by my uncle who was deceased. It was so bad that I broke my lease and left due to to the living conditions even though I knew it would be on my credit history. Although this was the straw that broke the camels back for me and caused me to leave. There were many more issues that I had with this management. I had my aunt added to my lease and the manager called me at work to tell me that I needed to be aware that my Aunt was entertaining strange men at my home when I was at work. When in fact it was a neighbor 3 doors down that we became friends with and they were sitting outside on the front porch talking. I have rented before and I have NEVER had such a horrible experience. I wish I had read some of the reviews before moving into that community. I would STAY AWAY!!!"
"Lived here for a little over a year. The apartment was huge for the area and a reasonable price for the size. The office and maintenance employees were very attentive and a few small issues aside, the entire time spent there was very pleasant. Pool was well maintained, grounds were kept in shape."
"The apartment is spacious and clean, but we did have a cockroach problem for a while. Nothing too terrible, but still gross. I think it's because the apartments are right up against a forest and they are older apartments. Management was a PAIN to deal with. Very incompetent. They never communicated with their tenants about upgrades/maintenance, which was a huge inconvenience for my roommate who worked from home. That was my biggest complaint. However, the location of the apartments make up for it. Very quiet and serene with a giant field in front. Rent was also very low for that area and the size of a 3 bedroom/2bath."
