"If I could give zero stars. I would give it to pal auto services. Ruined my audi q5 by over putting engine oil without draining out the old oil. My car was shaking when I left and pal the owner of the shop said it is normal and there is nothing I can do. My car was working fine before I brought to this shop. If you want to ruin your car, do yourself a favor and avoid this shop at all cost. Expect a lot of drama when you go there."
