"Had an amazing experience! They accommodated me last minute and were able to complete my inspection in no time!"
"Service center Communication was very poor. Calls 10+ times no one pick up left VM, no body returned call. I have to walk into the service center then they mentioned my car was ready day before. But they didn't even inform me about it or picked up my call. And also I go for something and they changed something else."
"My experience is too similar to another review from last week (by Camille L) - too similar to be a coincidence. I truly concur with the other review- I regret bringing the car there. I thought they would do better. Never again. I'm done with these tricksters I have a relatively new SUV and when I took it in for the normal maintenance we were told the transmission oil was leaking. We took it in on 12/27 and after two days of zero status I decided to stop by before work to see what was going on. I walked in asked for status, and when my paperwork was found, it had been ready the next day but no one had reached out to let me know. I was told everything was good to go, was given the keys and went to work. The office is less than 5miles from the service center. on my way home, Driving onto a very busy intersection the transmission went out. The car was just in the shop and they said we were good to go!!! Clearly something was triggered while at the shop or an inspection was not performed before telling me I was good to go. They were working on the transmission and that’s what busts!!! As I waited for a tow, I called to speak to a manager. He tried to tell me it wasn’t the transmission but he seemed to be sympathetic and told me to call him directly (gave me his ext.) when I was on my way. Here I was thinking they would try to right their wrong, but instead when the tow arrived and I called, manager had gone home. Not only that but when I arrived at the service department, the valet who checks you in was more worried that they were closing in 10min and almost was refusing to help check it in. I complained, he assisted but then proceeded to check me in as a “drop box”!!! The next day they told me they were looking for the part but wouldn’t have it until Tuesday- that was 4 days with out a car plus the 2 days prior to that. When I asked them about loaner, he simply and quickly said there wasn’t any. It is 3pm on Tuesday and crickets- no status. I called to speak to the manager again, and I was told the Service Advisor would call me back. If I asked to speak to a manager, why would it be okay to have the service advisor call me back??! This was my 3rd and last attempt to give them the benefit of the doubt. Retuning the car without proper inspection was dangerous, and the way they are acting seems like we are being toyed with and they don’t have time to address clear safety gaps and customer service needs in their operation. If the Managers don’t care, who is next? The BBB? Ironic that their “About” speaks to: regular maintenance ensures a safe, smooth drive - when it seems after having service, it’s very unsafe. Staffed with expert technicians??! Trained to understand everything Chevrolet, so we'll be able to get to the bottom of any issue??? Yet they tell me I’m good to go, when In fact there was more to the problem then the leak."
"I have a relatively new truck that we bought in tire replacement. We ended up doing a complete check up, was told everything was good to go.. The very next day the transmission went out. The truck was perfectly fine beforehand. So clearly its something that was triggered while at the shop. Instead of expeditiously trying to right their wrong, we are now being toyed with as to when we'll get the truck back. Even to give a loaner truck so that my husband can do his job properly, that is also a game with them. I truly regret bringing the truck there. I thought they would do better. They spent more time trying to convince us to trade than pushing the repair. They have no idea how this effects our livelihood. Never again. I'm done with these tricksters"
"Emilio and his team are always amazing. I always bring my Suburban here, both for service and for repairs. Everything is done quickly and correctly. They even check to make sure that there are no recalls on file, and if there are, they take care of them. They call me to remind me when I need service, and even have appointments on Saturdays. I highly recommend them to everyone."
