"READ ALL BEFORE YOU EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE. Know that when you move in they will never give your deposit back. I had two kids and we received help from the HOPE program so I was fully expecting not to get it back. also I had bumped into an old neighbor who moved out who had the EXACT same charges that I did- he was an older man who lived by himself and had OCD so his apartment was basically brand new when he moved out. They already have everything precalculated to make sure you won't get your deposit back. However I wasn't expecting to get a letter asking for more money to cover their cleaning and painting fees. It is North Carolina law to paint in between tenants and $25 for a drip pan? They cost 99 cents at Lowes. Not to mention the fact that you have to clean and sanitize the apartment in between each tenant anyway ESPECIALLY during covid?? GROSS. Oh and the letters accusing us of things that we weren't doing. Saying we were smoking on the breezeway (the person below us literally had an ashtray outside their house for WEEKS) Telling us to clean "clutter" off our porch that didn't even belong to us, it was our neighbors. When maintenance came to replace a filter I asked about some issues I had and never ONCE did he come back in the months that followed. After the pandemic we weren't mad about it because we didn't want anyone who had been in and out of all the other apartments bringing it in our house anyway but regardless they never even followed up. Not to mention the fact that I had a detective approach me several times asking about drugs in the area (I did step on a broken meth pipe on the way to the dumpster). Oh and another time a police officer who works with my dad let me know that someone in the office had been taking pictures of residents (without their knowledge-which is illegal) trying to get their kids taken away for not wearing shoes or something. Even for low income housing this is the worst. Go to cedar bluff, anywhere but here. I am in contact with the office in Raleigh now but no one should have to deal with the stress this "beautiful" hell hole has caused me and so many of my former neighbors."

"Terrible management, rude and unknowledgeable. Goes back on their WRITTEN word on numerous things. Don't even get me started on how sloppy the buildings are inside. You can tell they used the cheapest and fastest ways to get anything done. I would never recommend and most definitely will strongly urge anyone interested to look elsewhere first. Not even really worthy as a fallback in my own honest opinion."

"We love living here! Everyone is very friendly and respectful. And the management Is always welcoming and open for a friendly conversation which is very hard to find with a lot of management. They are also very attentive and will go out of their way to make sure you and your family are satisfied. I’ve even witnessed someone from management Walk around in her heels picking up trash around the outside and near the play ground area. Definitely The best landlords I’ve ever had."
