"I want to recognize the maintenance Dept for a five star experience. Their customer service was impeccable and very quick. All issues were resolved immediately. This is just another reason I recommend Sky Exchange Apartments as your next home."

"Been living here a year. Parking has always been hard to come by due to a lack of spaces but now management has instated an absolutely ridiculous rule of 1 car per apt allowed to park near the apartments unless you pay extra for another reserved spot, which there are none extra to even reserve. I am not disabled but I have a lot of chronic pain and having to walk nearly all the way up to the office to get to my car is terribly inconvenient. The elevators are constantly out of order & absolutely filthy. The carpet in the hallways is peeling up due to the cold as well, and the trash compactor seems to always be broken. The apartments themselves are nice but not worth the hassle of living here."

"The worst place I've ever lived at. I wish there was a zero stars rating because that is exactly what I would give them. For starters this place has a horrible parking lot. Not enough spaces and the few they have are so narrow that everyone has dings on their doors from the cars next to them. My cars have all kinds of scratches and dings from other people's doors. I've also gotten towed for parking in a spot that "was reserved" but there was absolutely no other spots. It was midnight and I even circled around multiple times before parking but yet some neighbor still called to get me towed. Which brings up the issue of the neighbors. I've NEVER lived in a place where everyone is so concerned with what others are doing. I've gotten complaints about my trash can "obstructing the hallway" when it's never in people's way, yet there is a neighbor that has huge decorations outside that no one says anything about. I always have gotten complaints about where I've parked, people always leaving notes on my car because "it's too big", yet someone is always in my paid parking spot. Management will even put ridiculous stickers that leave glue residue on your car when you try to take them off, if you don't "update the parking sticker" even though it shows as active on the app. All management does is enable the behavior of these people that have nothing better to do then complain. What management should be doing is giving us a discount on the trash fee, since the valet trash people are never consistent in collecting trash when they should be, and the other half of the time the trash compactor is broken. If you're looking for a place to live move anywhere but here, I myself am just counting the days to get out. If you move here don't expect any peace or to feel at home."

"I love being here! Maintenance is super quick to help with any issues. The office staff are very positive and polite. I feel safe amongst the nice people who live here. My apartment is super nice and it is a beautiful place to live!"

"Do not move here!!! The management is awful. No one can ever tell you what is going on and the elevators are constantly going out. You can find much better places to live trust me. There is never any parking available if you work late hours and the rates here are ridiculous. Stay away from sky exchange."
