"Amazing"
"This place doesn't even deserve one star. I would not recommend this place to anyone! The on site manager, Darcy & regional manager, Amber don't know what they're doing, they don't even try to do their jobs. The on site manager, Darcy will completely ignore the tenants & visitors, if you try to get her to talk to you, she will call the police on you. This is a place for elderly & disabled & they are being mistreated by management. Other than ignoring people if they need to speak to her, the manager is also just mean & hateful to people. She won't help the tenants with anything & just refuses to do her job! If you are elderly or disabled or trying to find a place for your loved one, I would not go to Cedar Hill Apts, the tenant will just be mistreated. I guess some people have parents that never taught them to respect others. Seriously, this is an awful, horrible place to live!!"
"I lived here for 5 years at first it was great than sandy left and 2 other women took her place and they don't know anything about running a apartment apartment complex with mostly handicapped people and elderly people they are 2 of the meanest people who don't know their assess from a whole in the ground when Sandy Beddingfield was there it was great she ran a wonderful place now I feel sorry for the people that have to live there they won't help anybody because they say it's not their job which is wrong I'm so glad I got out of there I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone be warned"
"Honestly, they don't even deserve the 1 star. I lived here with my mom as her caregiver. I DO NOT recommend this place. It is HELL. They are under new management and they don't treat the tenants right at all. It is for elderly and disabled and they should have more respect for them. But they don't. They don't give a rats ass about nobody but themselves and their money. After new management started, my fiance, my friend and myself were BANNED from there just because we were helping my DISABLED mother move. The on-site manager, Darcy, won't even talk to you if you have a question. She just shuts the door in your face and stares at you until you walk away. She is disrespectful, hateful and she is spiteful. That goes for the regional manager, Amber Payne, too. A tenant can put in a complaint about another tenant and it's an automatic write up OR an automatic 30 day notice to move out whether it's true or not. And the rules they have there are ridiculous. The elderly and disabled should be able to live somewhere where they are treated with respect and Cedar Hill Apartments is not that place. You get disrespect and hate living there. They shouldn't even be in business in my opinion because there are better housing facilities for the elderly and disabled that will treat everyone with respect."
