"Avoid Isaac with anything related to property management! The exterior of our house just continued to deteriorate throughout the 2 yrs he managed the property. I felt like he didn’t have the staff or foresight to take care of small issues before they got worst. The inspections that were done were rare and when we voiced concerns about wanting repairs on the exterior of the home Isaac did nothing to assist us in getting quotes or monitoring work! We were military and overseas so we couldn’t readily see the property ourselves. We finally were able to come see the property in person and the deck in the back was seriously damaged and looked dangerous for our tenants. He said during their final walk through that the house was in “excellent condition.” I’d never work with him again. Scott, Hope, Jana and others who worked for RPM were amazing. But sadly when we had to work directly with Isaac because other’s left the company we were appalled with his lack of communication or maintenance of our property."
