"It seemed like a quiet place to live. We were only in the trailer park for a few minutes."
"Really nice. Calm, quiet. They keep the park up really well and don't put up with trouble makers. Good friendly place to live"
"Make sure you read your warranty and make sure u have sarah explain it. She told us we couldnt have a professional come out and fix it bc it would void our warranty so this is what their repair job looks like 6 months after us moving in. We were told if ANYTHING went wrong within a year it was covered. Then regional manager gets on the phone and says sarah must have made a mistake and they were doing us a favor by fixing it. So now theyre sticking us with full responsibility even thpugh their maintenance person left it like this. Terrible experience with these people and property. We got a new trailer, shoddy installation as we have had leaks under every sink, standing water under the master bathroom. Would not recommend moving here."
"My husband and I lived here for about a year and a half. When we moved in we were told our trailer was new. My M.I.L toured it for us, as she lives closer to it than we did. It looked fine until we got there. As soon as summer hit and we ran the AC unit, we started having mushrooms, yes MUSHROOMS, growing from the door panels. There were soft spots ALL over the trailer. We weren't even able to use the toilette in the master bathroom because the floor was rotted underneath so much that my husband and I were nervous to sit on it since it looked like it was going to fall through the floor. There was a soft spot in front of the Master Bath Shower as well that only got worse as time went on. When we asked about the park helping with taking care of it, since there was clearly miscommunication on how old the trailer was and the issues it had (It was made in '99 by the way), we were told that we had to handle everything on our own. I had told the park manager, when I was able to catch her in office since she was Hardly ever there, that my husband had left and I was following suit shortly. She emailed my husband after we had already left and turned the keys in saying that I had never talked to her and didn't turn the keys in. Overall a bad experience for the year and a half that we lived there."
"Been living here for several years and in the last couple of years since Cairn Communities took over they have made this park into a beautiful place to live and continue working to make improvements! Sara the new manager is amazing and friendly and does whatever she can to work with you and make sure you are happy where you live!"
