Upon getting it returned to me, the very apparent problem (missing and loose bolts in the drive train) were not fixed. Had the problem been resolved I would have given a much better review due to the suggestions and flexibility that was given to me with my crazy schedule, but the lack of care on fixing what I specifically called about leads me to a low review."
