"I was only here to have my new mounted tires balanced. But after 4 tries and 12 hours of my time waisted, I ended up having to take my 4Runner to Mavis. Now, to do an alignment and rebalance these tires. To start, Arlington selling me an alignment (which I didn't need) and tried 4 times (12 hours) to do the work. Each time I left, the steering wheel needed to be at the 2:00 or 11:00 position to drive straight with the steering vibrating. Mavis hooked it up to their alignment machine, and you can see the car was dialed out of calibration. Half an hour later, Mavis was done, and the 4runner was all set. No steering wheel vibrations and truck stayed centered on the road. Arlington Tire said to come back another day for a refund. Within 2 weeks, I showed up three times, and each time, they said the manager wasn't there and to come back another day. So, that was last October 2022, and I haven't heard anything from them since."
