"First of all - William is a good man. However, William is an excellent mechanic. He diagnoses the issue, calls you BEFORE buying parts or repairing it. When he fixes it - it's fixed. "At first I was very happy with the service, then went in for an oil change. Also 2 bottles of anti-freeze added and the total came to $150. A total ripoff. His wife couldn't even explain reasonably why it was so high. Had a problem with the heater and all that was added was antifreeze, another $30. Returned for a second time about the heater, was told by his wife the thermostat was replaced but it wasn't. I won't be going back there nor giving any referrals."
