"I love this building so much! I moved from Ohio and just knew I wanted to be downtown and close to family. I am now able to walk everywhere I want to go! But if you want to drive it is close to the interstate and you can get everywhere so quick. The people are so nice, the building is always clean and I cannot say enough great things about the manager Ben! He is always available to listen, he makes it so fun to live here and treats everyone like family. He made the process of moving in so easy. I am not typically one to share a review but this truly is the best place to live with the greatest manager. Lastly the two other perks of living here are the great neighbors I have. I’ve made so many new friends and despite how many people live here it’s always so quiet and peaceful."

"I enjoyed my time at The Patton. The amenities were top of the line. I enjoyed how feasible it was to maintain my unit. I also enjoyed the courtyard area from my unit. To Patton Mgt. - employees are your best asset, and you have a wonderful property manager in Ben. He is kind, understanding and he always puts you first. There may be people standing in line, phones ringing, but he somehow find a way to stay focused on what he’s doing at that time. He will retain residents and I plan to stay in touch with Ben. "In the few months that I have lived at The Patton,the experience has been mostly positive .We recently experienced a management change,and most residents weren’t happy to hear the news.We were ready to despise the new management;but delighted to find that our new community manager; Ben is a welcome and welcoming addition.In a few short weeks, he has instituted new and exciting changes.The building looks and smells amazing; and Ben is always available to hear suggestions for making The Patton better. "Loved my time at the Patton! Perfect location close to both downtown and the River Arts District. The building has a nice lobby and courtyard. The units are all modern with great-working appliances. Any issue I had while living here was minor and quickly fixed. Loved building managers Jamie and Hannah and all the neighbors were super kind. I miss all the friends made here already!"
