I particularly love having Scott ,He goes out of his way to accommodate my needs, the conversation is always interesting and fun,plus he is an excellent driver! "Don't waste your time."

"Troy’s delivery on excellent customer service dwindled quickly. On the ride home on the 15th, he became cranky and sullen, because we asked him not to text while he was driving, which did not deter him from continuing to finish his text and continuing to swerve. When he brought the suitcase to the door, he did not even bother to say good bye. Zero pleasantries. I decided to let this pass, because he had a migraine. However, on 12/24 we came out 5 minutes late to be met with a totally dark car in the dark, a driver who did not get out till my daughter was heaving her suitcase into his trunk, and within ten minutes into the drive he was on his phone. Not only did he SIGH when we politely insisted that he either pull over to check his phone, or skip it, he was looking for info that he should have already had had, or could easily have asked for: The airline. He sighed?? As if we were putting him out! As if he were doing us a favor, as opposed to providing us with a paid-for service, which includes a 20% tip. As we approached the airport, he told us he was going to need to use the facilities so he’d be parking after dropping us. He asked me how long I was going to be, and I told him I would text him. He said the easiest thing would be for me to walk over to the garage when I was ready to go. Uh, no? That’s what one does when they drive themselves, not when they have paid for a professional driver to pick them up and drop them off curbside, this avoiding the cold and more health issues. At this point, I was done with his attitude and made it clear I’d be meeting him at the curb. When I got back in the car, he did not say a single word. Human to human, my heart goes out to the guy - depressed, doesn’t like his job, fights with his boss, migraines, struggling to get by, has a bad cold, holiday sadness. That’s why I gave him the sample of essential oil for his migraines, which i had offered up at the beginning of the first drive. That said, as a customer paying for a service, you’ve got one job so do it right or don’t do it at all. I have had professional drivers in the past who were top notch, and the contrast was pretty glaring. I won’t be using this service again."

"I have used Hutchins-Sutton Transportation for the past 2 years. Scott, the driver, is always prompt, professional, accommodating for appointments and an extra stop if needed, and very personable. Having been a limo driver myself in the past, I consider this company the best choice in this area. I also feel safe en route."
