"Bad service and bad attitude. I originally called earlier in the morning to ask if I needed an appointment, the lady I spoke to said I didn’t and gave me a good time to come in. So I came in at that time. They were clearly busy, it was not a good time to come in! The guy that helped me said it would take 1.5-2hrs because of the wait. I was desperate so I stayed. Multiple times he gave me attitude for not making an appointment. I ended up waiting over 3hrs and I wonder if that was on purpose. Also, they are super expensive. For just an oil change, tire rotation with balance was almost $200. That’s insane. I’m not coming here again, not worth the wait or the attitude."
