Birch Hill Apartments

"The parking situation at this apartment complex is extremely unsatisfactory. Insufficient space was allocated for the number of units, resulting in a severe shortage for residents and guests alike. Visitors risk having their vehicles towed if they attempt to park here. Furthermore, even if you reside in a three-bedroom unit, you're restricted to having only two cars. Management's lack of responsiveness is evident as they seldom answer their phones. Additionally, the walls are disappointingly thin, allowing for excessive noise transmission from neighbors above. The buildings were hastily and cheaply constructed, with a mere cosmetic touch-up to create the illusion of quality."

But what really sets them apart from the competition is their outstanding customer service. Katie and Ryley (sp?) go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. So excited to experience Birch Hill living when I move early next year!"

"I recently had the pleasure of touring Birch Hill Apartments in Asheville and I have to say, I was blown away. As one of the newest apartment complexes in the area, it's clear that they spared no expense in making this place top-notch. If you snag a lease now, you’ll get locked into great prices that BEAT some of the older and much smaller units that are nearby — and this is brand new construction. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the beautiful decor and attention to detail. The owner's apartment, which I was fortunate enough to tour, was particularly impressive. The space was generous and the closets were massive - a real rarity in many apartments these days. And don't even get me started on the full-size pantry in the kitchen! (You’d be surprised that not all apartment offer this) But what really sets Birch Hill apart are the amenities. The clubhouse is the perfect spot for parties, with a giant garage-style door that opens up to the pool area. The fire pit is a nice touch, too, and it's conveniently located near the pool for easy s'mores making. The gym is one of the nicest I've seen, with a parkour vibe and outdoor areas for workouts on sunny days. They even have Peloton bikes and state-of-the-art equipment. And for those who work from home, the workstations and conference rooms are a game-changer. The clubhouse is separate from the management office building, which I appreciated for added privacy. Overall, Birch Hill Apartments is a truly beautiful and thoughtfully designed complex that seems to have thought of everything. They hit all the pain points of a renter’s dilemma. The staff is amazing, too - always friendly and helpful. The property manager is lovely and is so inviting to children. They even love your fur babies, too, with their own special pet spa center. If you're looking for a new home in Asheville, I highly recommend Birch Hill. It's definitely deserving of a 5-star rating"
