"Tiffany is a breath of fresh air. My boyfriend and I came in to tour apartments with her. Every question was answered, did a great job showing all the amenities, and telling us all the possibilities in the apartment it’s self. I hope to live here so I can see her smiling face when I have to head into the office. I feel like if everyone got the greeting and service that Tiffany provides then it would be a better world. Good job Greymont for hiring her! She rocks!"

"Probably the best decision we’ve made was to move here. My partner, dogs and I have lived in a couple of different apartments in south Asheville over the years. None of them compare to Greymont. Ed was kind enough to let me come by to tour once, then a second time with my partner, AND a third to take measurements before moving in! After my first tour I was sold. I didn’t want to even look at the other apartments I had saved. Application process was smooth, quick and not frustrating like previous apartments I’ve applied for. Upon move in there was a sweet house warming gift left for us in the kitchen that we raided, because we were ravenous from all the packing/moving that morning and still so much more to do. Since move in, any concerns I’ve had I got a response and solution within 24hrs. They actually care about their residents and their well being. I look forward to checking out the beautiful pool once it gets warmer! The terrain is beautiful and well kept for how large it is especially. We already feel at home and I think our dogs do too."

"We just moved into Greymont Village from Illinois and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Ed and Brett were extremely professional and helped us select an apartment with the best view and amenities to meet our needs. This complex is perfect for us and our dog Murphy, with a dog washing facility, dog park and extensive hiking trails along a beautiful ridgeline at the back of the complex. The apartment itself is clean and updated, with granite counters and wood flooring. I would definitely recommend it for anyone!"
