"Just moved in last night on 1/10/2024 and the move went well, the staff was very helpful and kind, explained everything we needed to do/know very well. We appreciate the staff Blake and mainly our leasing agent Sebastian Figueroa, he did a wonderful job showing us around and getting us settled in, and helping us get the best view for our room. Me and my bf really love it here even tho we have only been here for a day. I hope that anyone who rents here that they will have the best experience like we did."
"I would give this place zero stars if possible. The absolute worst place you can rent. We moved in because we needed a place quick and from the first month we were there we had a constant weed smell coming into our apartment and we were in a non smoking building. There was also a constant urine smell coming from one of our bathroom sinks that made that bathroom unusable. The front door look like it was broken into and then half repaired. Stains everywhere, doors falling off. We were forced to leave early due to weed smell in our kids room and a few other reasons. I would definitely not recommend the headache"
"Amazing place to live! Amazing view from my apartment of the sunset and sunrise! People that work here are amazing. I suggest to work with Sebastian! He was welcoming and energetic, couldn't ask for better!"
