"Lived here for my junior and senior year, and I absolutely loved it! Never had any problems trying to find good parking, the office staff was always very friendly, welcoming, and willing to help with any issues. The club house was always hosting events like karaoke, pool parties, etc. and engaging with their residents. Additionally, Prospect Western communicated openly with residents if there were any incidents that we needed to be aware of. The only complaints I would have are the occasional rowdy parties, fireworks being set off by residents, and loud music, but that’s not really something that they could control unless you submitted a complaint. Staff always made sure that the parking lot was cleaned up if there were empty bottles or broken glass as a result of large parties."

"i love living at prospects, the staff is extremely kind and helpful!plus this is one of the only pet friendly complex that doesn’t charge crazy pet fees. i can easily say this is the best community to live in as a college student trying succeed academically and socially."

"I’d give them a 0 if possible. I would not recommend living here unless you’re in a frat. The neighborhood is constantly covered in trash and broken glass. There are constant parties and police showing up at all hours. There have been several car break in’s and somehow management was never able to catch any on video. The management is horrible and never actually listens to residents complaints. I would definitely recommend living in a different apartment complex because the troubles aren’t worth the price."

"First off, our lease had to be sent back and resigned after multiple emails back and forth because they continued to promise us one price but charge another. We moved in 2 weeks into August, they did NOT prorate the rent. We were charged a 50$ admin fee plus a 300$ reservation fee, both non-refundable. Paid a full months worth of rent in July, 2020. Had to be moved out completely by noon on the 27th. It’s a nice place but honestly a money racket. I lived in a cottage with 4 other bedrooms... it definitely was not worth 3200 a month (not including electric). They’re ripping people off. We paid full rent every month and our pool did not open the entire fall 2019 semester. They also weren’t willing to give us a deal because of it. Just a huge college money racket. Not worth it."
