"Rabbit Ridge is a very convenient distance away from the University, along with downtown Sylva. It not only has a great view of the mountains (the crowning jewel of this location in my opinion) but it also is a very clean site with little to no riffraff and a very efficient/friendly team of employees. I have lived in several apartments throughout my lifetime, and I would have to say the price is well within the margin of affordability, and well worth it for the quality. Rabbit Ridge is very ideal for WCU students looking for housing."

"Best apartment experience yet! Very quiet, and peaceful. Mountain views from your kitchen window, and several covered pavilions with picnic tables and grills. Furniture was in great condition. The landscaping team does very good work, and keeps it looking nice. You also get an amazing value: furnished studio for 640? Can't beat it. Jennifer has been timely with emails and has always addressed concerns. Nothing to complain about, thats a win in my book."
