"I absolutely LOVED living here!! The apartment was the perfect size for me and my daughter. I loved the layout of our apartment and especially loved the sliding back door. The neighborhood was very quiet and we had some very friendly neighbors. And one of my favorite features was the pool!! I definitely have to take a moment to brag on the site manager Angela Collins. She was always so very nice and helpful. She manages SEVERAL different complexes and she always got back to me in a timely manner with any questions that I had. If you are looking for a wonderful place to live that is reasonably priced, I highly recommend Jonathan's Ridge Apartments!! The only reason I left is because I bought a house, if that had not been the case, I would still be there to this day!!"

"This place needs a little TLC and it would be amazing. First off let me say the new office manager Angela is no where near as good as Terry was. Terry was genuine with his tenants. Angela you can tell is very fake and pretends to put a smile on and like her job. Secondly, rent continues to go up yet nothing gets fixed or improved. We’ve been asking for street lights forever now. The property is extremely sketch at night. The only improvement was some flowers by the sign. Ac units and water heaters need to be replaced as they are trash, leaky and old. The cables that are just laid on the sidewalk running inside need to be hidden and the ports need to be sealed. They claim they do pest control I can promise you I’ve NEVER seen them out spraying. There are spiders webs and bugs everywhere! How about you have someone walk the property daily. If your neighbors are smokers plan on your bathroom smelling just like it! Just hiding the cables, adding street lights (not the cheap broke down ones that are laying on the ground), getting rid of spiders would do wonders! Place would be ten folds better! Do better Jonathan’s ridge! Property could be stunning if you just KINDA cared!"

"This place is a DUMP. I lived here for about two years and it was a nightmare. Literally infested with stink bugs no matter what I did. The heat and air units are super old and loud, so my electric bill was always sky high in the summer because it ran constantly. My toilet leaked from day one and I never could get the maintenance guy to fix it, despite calling over and over. Same thing with my fridge leaking on the inside. If I wanted anything fixed, I had to do it myself. I could never get anyone on the phone in the office, either. I had to go there in person, and that was if anyone was there. If you're thinking about leasing, don't."

"Good place to live. Secluded but close to everything. Terry the manager is really nice. Maintenance addresses issues promptly. Only thing I don't like is the $400 non refundable per fee. I understand pets can be destructive. However I think that $400 is a lot especially knowing you're not going to get it back even if your pet doesn't tear up anything."
