"Bugs, maintenance is incompetent management is on hard drugs and never there rent kept going up but they couldn’t show us for what they charge for anything they can our ac went out and we went without ac for 6 months and they didn’t do anything about it.maintenance was looking in people’s cars and when we caught him and told management they still did nothing about it this place is a nightmare I found dope laying in the parking lot and the cops are up there all the time for something take ur money and run this place is not at all worth someone’s money and needs to be condemned and shut down I can go on for days about this place do not waste ur money or time with them"

"This apartment complex is horrible. I had a pipe burst leak during Christmas day. And I Couldn’t get ahold of maintenance due to their awful voicemail system. I waited a whole hour after filling out an emergency order online then called the 911 because the water was freezing over. We all slipped trying to push water out of the guest bathroom downstairs. The fire dept that came was wonderful and helped turn off the water and got ahold of maintenance and they fixed the leak within a couple of days. End of story? Nope. I got a bill saying that I am to pay the charge that the fire dept sent to riverhill for coming out on christmas 1500.00. They didnt even have the decency to tell me when i turned in my keys and left finally. Here it is months later and i get a call from collections that they have sent it over to them."
