"Worst apartment ever lived in. Not sure if manager still there named Linda....what a two faced witch. Never got our deposit back said burn in carpet it was chocolate. Said bath tub peeled. That's not our fault and reported it that tub paint was coming off. My sister was sick when living there and died as has my mom."

"Rented here for 3 years. It’s apartment life so yes there will be shared walls but we’ve managed well with children. It’s prime location for Maryville city schools, close to shopping, close to parks and walking distance to the Greenbelt. Quiet neighborhood. We’ve enjoyed the saltwater pool during the summer months and ease of the laundry facility when we had trouble with our washing machine. Any maintenance problems were always handled quickly. I have rented at several different places and would choose this complex again over others. Price is reasonable for such a prime location in the city limits. Front office can be stern but honestly you want that when living in apartments in order to have a safe and reputable environment, especially with children."

"Terrible customer service, I called to speak with the office and the most hateful employee answered. All I wanted was some information about a unit, but right then and there I decided this is not somewhere I should spend my hard earned money. It is a wonder how they keep tenants with the unprofessional staff that works there. Ill pay extra for better customer service. Don't stay here!!!!!!!"

"I have lived here for 3 years. Its an apt not a house. Some stuff will not be 100%. But the location is great. Right in the middle of downtown maryville."
