"Been living here for 3+ years and I am being evicted for no reason other than the people below me don’t like me, and complain about every sound I make. I’ve lived here longer than them, and I’ve never had issues with anyone but them. I lost my job due to Covid, and now have no home for my child.. If you live here keep the lease updated yearly, and don’t do month to month if you don’t want to suddenly lose your home for no reason."

"It's a nice place to live, the neighbors are all Nice and the owner won't hesitate to take care of anyone stealing or if he just feels like they are a threat So you don't have to worry about leaving stuff in your truck. And I am a carpenter and have a lot of tools and I don't want to carry them in all the time so thanks for good security!"

"We lived here for two years, nice quiet area, over looks the golf course. Our apartment was a two bedroom with a bonus room, one bath with washer and dryer hook ups. Wood floors and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Our patio had a storage place for outdoor stuff. The apartment complex also has a laundry facility on site for people who own a washer and dryer yet."
