"This place has had my truck for 5 months now. Instead of doing what most would do and order the parts while my truck sat at the dealership for 2 months they did none of that. And to top it off my truck was damaged while in their care. And I feel just due to the fact they have had my truck for so long they should cover the deductible but I'm sure they will do nothing due to the inconvenience. Plus they act like I'm bothering them when I call once a week to get progress on my truck!! STOP taking so long to do the job. In 5 months I can build a truck from the ground up! And my truck is a 22 ram not a rust bucket so shouldn't be hard to fix."
