"We recently hosted an intimate family wedding in the CTC Movie Theater. Office staff, Amy and Lori, were so helpful to us. No surprise there... we have been residents for five years and always appreciate how well facilities are maintained by a larger staff who are efficient, kind, and highly responsive. Kudos to CTC for being a top notch operation in Clemmons! Our family gathered for a lovely wedding and reception in the Theater. (Guests were quite complimentary about the 24 luxury theater chairs with individual cup holders!) New technical equipment was recently installed which made wedding music and the "family slideshow" perfect. Thanks to the leadership at CTC and congrats to our bride and groom!"

"I’ve lived here only about two weeks and I already love it here. The whole process from initial apt tour to moving in and having maintenance come by a couple times has been so smooth and painless. The apartment was so clean when I moved in and I really appreciated that. Amy and Lori at the leasing office are so great and helpful, and Khyree with maintenance has been great also. I also love the pond and walking path nearby as well as the shopping center which is just a short walk."

"Let me just start off by saying WOW! I would like to give an energetic shout out to the working team at Clemmons Town Center Apartments. I had pleasure in touring the lovely community with a charismatic young man named, Taylor. He was such a delight and very informative. It’s not every day you come across thoughtful and honest charm! My nervousness was sensed, but squashed in a moments time. Clemmons Town Center apartments impressed me with their appealing landscapes and architecture. In addition they feature a variety of amenities. The 24 seat movie theater and fitness center being my favorites! If you happen to be browsing the area for homes, do yourself a favor and stop at Clemmons Town Center Apartments. You won’t be disappointed!"

"Clemmons Town Center is top notch! You will not find a better place to live in the Clemmons/Winston area. It is in a great location with easy access to I-40 and 421. After living here for 2 years, I can confidently say that one of the main reasons this place is awesome is the management. Amy and Taylor are extremely kind and willing to help no matter what. They also take time to get to know their tenants and make everyone feel like family. I have always felt safe here and there are never any noise issues. Maintenance is very fast to get any work orders completed and even called us once while we were out of town to let us know about something that needed to be replaced in our apartment. You will not regret moving here. I wish I could pick up this apartment complex and move it to the next city we will be living in."

"I have lived here for about 1.5 years now I moved in before all the buildings were built and in that time I do not have anything I can complain about. I have a dog but I did not like that people did not pick up their dog poop; we noticed they had only built 1 or 2 poop stations so we asked for more especially in the well lit portion of the apartments for night trips out. The complex had 4-5 more in the month, the poop situation improved a lot (some people will just leave the poop regardless it seems where you live doesn't change that). Nothing has broken or been an issue for me something I was expecting being the first person to live in the apartment. All of my interactions with staff have been nice and I typically stop in the office a few times a month to pick up packages. I have never had to call maintenance but one Monday morning specifically I came down with two bags of trash and my work bag. One of the complex employees was riding by on the golf carts they use, he stopped told me he would take care of that for me. He took both trash bags, I thanked him and wished me a good morning and headed to the trash bin. I really like the access to 40 and being in the middle of Lewisville Clemmons side that has the business and restaurants we use. Plus new Publix coming in walking distance (chick-fil-a coming soon too) right behind the complex is a small lake with a pathway and they have a dog park.
