"Only been here for 4/5 months and I highly recommend you find another place to live. Community is downhill and not coming up at all. Property management is horrible with nasty attitude and never will speak to you. No prior notices are given out only to certain residents of her choosing the others not so much. Maintenance staff is horrible and don’t know how to fix anything properly. I honestly am disappointed and disgusted with this property and I rather break my lease than stay here another 6 months. Only one lady has been kind and understanding to me and try’s to help me out, I am very quiet with two small children and I stay to myself and keep apartment clean. I pay my rent on time, to many extra fees attached and not up to standard. Pest control fee and I’ve never seen pest control once on property, amenities fee and the gym stinks and always dirty and equipment barely working conditions, trash pick up fee, which is ridiculous for residents to pay and there is still trash seen all over the property but we have to pay it. Honestly do not move here , you will unhappy and stuck in lease you didn’t expect horrible conditions."
"Some of us really need to assess the part we play in our poor experiences. If we know that we have made our neighbors uncomfortable with our various noises, then no need to turn it on them. Having said that, how communication is done at this complex needs to be revisted. I often wonder whom the property managers believe they are dealing with. Email messages are often laced with a condescending tone. As it is with many entities that are profit driven, this branch of Morgan Properties shows very little regard for those who live here. I would.say one is receiving below value for money; but is this not by design?"
"I do not recommend this place at all!!! It's a nice apartment in itself and the leasing office try their best, but there isn't much they can do. I was a first time renter ,and I consider myself to be very easy going. I read the reviews about this place and figured they must just be over reacting or more high maintenance, but that's definitely not the case. There are multiple fees!!! Including pest fees even though there was a bee's nest right out front of our door ,and spiders surrounding the balcony constantly. Our AC also went out for a month and the apartment was 86 degrees. Maintenance did try to help by giving us a portable one that brought it down to 82 ,but it was a miserable month to say the least. The worst part of all is the walls are incredibly THIN! I was an upstairs renter who worked full time and would come home and sleep. No loud music, no partying, I never even had friends over. However the guy downstairs would constantly scream profanities through the floor at me for walking across my floor, and even called the cops on me! It resulted in him getting in trouble because the cop realized we weren't doing anything wrong however not much could be done. After being reprimanded by the cops and leasing office he just decided to play incredibly loud music everytime he was annoyed. This is the main reason I cut my lease short. Keep in mind if you do end up hating it and wanting to break you're lease you of course need to give a 30 day notice but if you're last day ends in another month you have to pay that months rent and utilities in full as well. I also met a few people who were very uncomfortable about kids playing outside without family being around ,and were actively trying to put an end to it when this could just be me, but kids should be allowed to play especially when they are in their teens close to their homes in broad daylight. So if you're a working parent be careful. You may be "talked" to about how to raise YOUR children ,and what you would like to allow. At the end of the day this is a massive corporation. They don't care about you or what you have going on just what money you can offer them. Like I said the leasing office is great ,but they really can only do so much considering their limited by the corporations rules. Alaine was absolutely incredible she worked her butt off there and helped me in every way she could!"
"I had a terrible experience at the Clemmons Station Apartments. The constant smell of marijuana from neighboring units infiltrated our apartment, forcing us to change rooms and abandon our main closet. Even leave the house during the weekend. Parking was chaotic, with many cars lacking property tags. Suspicious individuals freely entered and exited the apartments at all hours. Trash unit was overflowing during weekends. Stairs, walls outside were really dirty. Although Kia tried to help, it was impossible to escalate this matter to any Regional Manager, who just ignored our emails and calls (which would be transferred by an operator and go straight to voice mail) Feeling unsafe, I left the complex a month before my lease was over, but was required to pay the full buyout option. Overall, I cannot recommend this apartment complex due to the persistent issues and lack of management support."
"At first, we really were excited to live at this complex. That was until we have lived here for a few months. This is not somewhere we would suggest. The first issue was the price. We live in a one bedroom one bath with little space with the base rent at $1045. The pet rent is twenty dollars extra a month which isn't too bad until you factor in that you have to give a $300 dollar deposit on top of the $500 dollar one when you first move in, not to mention first month's rent. This price does not include utilities. This would be reasonable if it included good utilities and such but it does not. We were promised a washer and dryer in our apartment but we didn't receive one until about 5 months later out of our 10 months lease. They kept saying "we are working on it" but never updated us on the progress to which we called them there after to get the news. And goodness forbid you use there laundry services. The machines are disgusting and expensive. The pool is never open because it's being worked on. The staff maintenance crew is a lot of sweet gentleman. But the ones they hire outside of their people? Disrespectful and very sketchy. We had a bad feeling about them coming to "change our light bulbs and faucets" randomly while we were not home so we checked our cameras (front door) frequently. We now have video footage of them mocking the camera saying we were watching them while they threw up gang signs and threated to hit it, saying they "didn't like to be watched while they work". As far as the complex itself the trash is always over flowing and it's always laid out around the trash area! It does unfortunately smell of weed around here too. I dont really care too much about how anyone lives there lives but I dont care for my apartment to smell like that 24/7. After the last shooting close to the complex we have hit our limit with this place and have decided to cut the lease early. Be aware of this complex it will give you a roof over your head but definitely look into it more!"
