"I have lived in several apartments and this is by far my favorite, I love that it is modern with minimal industrial touches. The amenities and staff are top-notch. Megan and Chelsie made the move in process quick and effortless, I appreciate their checklists to keep our application items organized and easy to stay on track for move in day. I feel that this will be my home until I decide to purchase."

"I visited this community almost two weeks ago and was greeted with the most positive response. Desiree Smith greeted me with a warm welcome. Although She stated it was Her first day on the job and I was Her first client, everything She did was excellent. She listen to me and was able to get me moved in my apartment in a timely and professional manner. The entire staff was excellent. Everyone was very kind and worked together as a team to get me settled in. I love my apartment. The staff here work very hard to keep the units and grounds in excellent condition. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone that is looking for a great environment to live in."

"The place was nice and quiet. Chelsie was very pleasant. She showed me an one bedroom. It had a desk so it would be a great for people who work from home. The apartment was big and has walk in closet. It was an open layout which I love."

"Comet has been the best apartment experience I have had. It’s bittersweet having to leave but from Day 1, superb office staff (Chelsie, Lucas, & Taylor) have always answered questions I had. Maintenance request were always taken in care of same day if not next business day. Amenities are great for the price and I got really lucky with having fantastic neighbors. The complex is friendly overall but some people do stay to themselves. If you’re below someone, yeah, you’re going to hear your neighbors if they are heavy footed and have dogs/kids. My only negative is the residents who don’t pick up after their dogs, especially the dog park when their are ample dog stations with waste bags. 10/10."

"After touring 10 different apartment complexes, the Comet at Bermuda Run Apartments was the one that won me over. The pricing for a 2 BD / 2 BR was too good to turn away from. The amenities are great and the units are all up to date! The community as a whole is quiet and in a good location. Maintenance requests can be submitted and completed within an hour of requesting help, and they are helpful with everything! Chelsie and Lucas are such a joy to have in the leasing office and are SUPER helpful with all questions and concerns. They greet me by name even while having 100+ tenants in the community! It will really be hard to leave this community when the time comes, but they have definitely made my first apartment experience the best. 100% a great place to call home!"
