"Five stars to Josh!! Woke up to the smell of gas in my kitchen on a Sunday! I truly didn't know if I should call the gas company first, or.. I called emergency maintenance. Josh showed up! Come in and made SURE he tested EVERY fitting where there could be a potential leak. He picked up a leak.I call the gas company. The gas company come out to find out it was my neighbors unit. Dangerous situation. Handled well... thanks again Josh"

"I've been here almost two years and it's not only affordable housing for Asheville, but the community is great. Neighbors say hello but keep to their own, my backyard is right up against the woods, I'm tucked in just off of Tunnel Road so everything is convenient -- it's been pretty great. Not to mention the office staff/maintenance crew is always friendly, responsive, and prompt. My dog loves it as well. Highly recommend!"

"Price is reasonable for what you’re getting. Christen was super helpful in our move here from out of state. Communication tends to be pretty responsive. Maintenance team is always present and actively working to fix community amenities such as pool and laundry facilities. Cons: If you don’t like bears you will not enjoy living here. Primarily in shaded area. Trash days can interfere with your parking plans. Overall good bang for the buck!"

"Willow Ridge is my favorite place we’ve ever rented from. Rent for a two-bedroom apartment is hundreds of dollars less than comparable (or smaller) units in town, and with the major bonus of living absolutely “hugged” by nature. The views out your front and back windows are beautiful and constantly teeming with life. Very close to Tunnel Road, and only 10-ish minutes from downtown. The onsite maintenance team is extremely friendly, efficient, and quick to handle requests. We’re four months into our first year of renting and feel so grateful for our spot here in East Asheville every single day."

"When I came to willow ridge I was living at an apartment complex that was detrimental to my health and everyone at the leasing office was quick to find us a place to live. Ever since living here, they have been quick to respond to maintenance requests, they have an emergency maintenance line. The price is very reasonable for what you're getting. I've loved living here and hope this review helps you in looking for places to live in town :)"
