"I have enjoyed living at the Reserves! The leasing staff are great!! I’ve lived in several apartment complex’s and this is hands down the best!! They are very kind and always helpful! The property is always clean and quiet as well. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue (only 3 in 3 years) it has been handled THE SAME DAY! Usually within the hour. Last year when the entire city of Asheville was frozen they gave me a key to the apartment they show to potential residents so I could shower and get any water I needed! 10/10!!!"

"We own our home in Greensboro and my company moved me to Asheville 8 years ago. We have lived in several apartments in 8 years time and we feel like we have finally found our “home!” Such a caring staff from day one and so responsive to our needs. So many great amenities but what makes it our “home” is the monthly activities they plan to bring residents together. Food trucks, holiday markets, games and prizes, blood drives and so much more! Great views and we love the privacy of our apartment and the perfect floor plan for us! Hopefully will be our last stop and retire here!"

"Lives here for 6 months when traveling for work in North Carolina. Amazing property up on a mountainside with great units with garages and very quiet community. Killer views all around and while it feels remote, secluded (which I liked) it’s still very close to town and groceries right down the road. Great staff as well no issues and always responsive to a few service requests I had."

"I will say that I had a very positive experience while living at the reserve at Asheville. The property is on a beautiful location and some of the views are spectacular. It is a very pet friendly community! The staff always had treats for my dog, Sunny. The office staff were very courteous and professional. They always kept open lines of communication with me over any concerns or suggestions I had. I want to say a few words about the maintenance department. Mark was the lead person/Manager and always handled my maintenance requests promptly, and made sure that in most cases a follow up was made. The Reserve has a very hard working maintenance staff that kept the property immaculate. It was always a pleasure to come home to The Reserve. The friendly residents and especially the staff made it a very positive experience and I would certainly make a strongly positive recommendation for anyone considering making it their home!
