"Sound management are crooks.i went 4 months without a oven.i notified them of the issue several times.also lost 2300 bucks worth of brand new furniture I had bought when I moved in.got no reimbursement.they had me paint a apartment bc I was 1100 behind on rent after I completed the apartment they claimed I owed 1600 bucks.thats fraud.u should have seen the condition of my apartment when I moved in.it hasn't been cleaned at all.they are jus really shotty lazy property managers"

"Cheap rent, but not managed or maintained very well. Do not expect any respect for you or your personal property from your neighbors or management. They will rent to anyone with very few questions, so if you are desperate, its better than being homeless, but only just. There are far better FDA subsidized low income options in the area."
