"They are really disrespectful can't even go vist my family's that still live there because were me and my grandmother got get out literally for nothing but other people that live in there wanna watch us and go tell lies this place is no good literally take them to fix anything that gets broke have to keeps blowing her up or reminding her"

"I wouldn't advise anyone renting here me and my mom has been here for ten years and we got evicted over petty stuff the land lord can have stuff in there yard but we cant we paid our rent on time every month"

"I would rate them less than 0 star if I could. First off, they will not answer the phone when I tried calling multiple times on multiple occasions. How can you conduct business is if you never answer the phone? I live out of state and cannot see the apartment in person. Next, they do not have a professional answering message. How do I know I'm calling "Courtyard Apartments" if you do not introduce your business in your message? For all I know it could be someones personal number. And finally, do they even check their messages? I haven't even received a call back from them. Most unprofessional, most irresponsible, and most disrespectful. You must treat all people the same professionally. Courtyard Apartments you have failed."
